We then work with the contractor of record to value engineer the tenant improvements to make sure that our client is getting the most out of their tenant improvement dollar. We then assist our client in finding the right mover, printer, security installer, and furniture partition vendor. We solicit bids from these vendors and then assist in selecting the right vendor. We coordinate and schedule these vendors until your relocation is complete. We then return to your old premises and oversee the final cleaning and walk-through with the Landlord’s representative to make sure you get maximum return of your security deposit.
